Orale (Adultes) : Mélanger 1 goutte dans 1/2 cuillère à thé (2,5ml) d'eau et d'huile végétale pour réduire l'irritation de la bouche et de l’estomac. Prendre 1 à 3 fois par jour, avec de la nourriture. Si vous prenez des suppléments contenant du fer, calcium, zinc ou cuivre, prendre ce produit quelques heures avant ou après la prise du supplément.
Oral (Adults): Mix 1 drop in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of water and vegetable oil to reduce mouth and stomach irritation. Take 1 to 3 times daily with food. If you are taking supplements containing iron, calcium, zinc, or copper, take this product a few hours before or after taking the supplement.
