Adultes (≥ 18 ans) : Pour application locale : ajouter 1-8 gouttes à 5 ml d’huile végétale neutre et appliquer sur la région affectée jusqu’à 3 fois par jour.
Massage corporel : ajouter 2-10 gouttes à 10 ml d’huile végétale neutre et appliquer une fois par jour. Ne pas utiliser l’huile essentielle non diluée pour usage topique.
Inhalation directe : appliquer 1 à 6 gouttes d’huile essentielle non diluée sur un mouchoir et inhaler occasionnellement jusqu’à 3 fois par jour.
Pour un usage occasionnel seulement. Ne pas utiliser par voie orale. Éviter tout contact avec les yeux et les muqueuses; le cas échéant, rincer abondamment avec de l’huile végétale. Entreposer à la température ambiante.

Body massage: Add 2-10 drops to 10 ml of neutral carrier oil and apply once daily. Do not use undiluted essential oil for topical use.
Direct inhalation: Apply 1 to 6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a tissue and inhale occasionally up to 3 times daily.
For occasional use only. Do not use orally. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this occurs, rinse thoroughly with carrier oil. Store at room temperature.
